Please contact the hotels directly to see if the Conference rates are still available and whether there is any availability.

We recommend booking early or avoiding travel on Tuesday 2nd February due to the Australian Open.

You can book accommodation when registering for the Conference. The online registration form allows you to book available rooms. Depending on the hotel policy (listed below) you need pre-pay or provide credit card details, which will be forwarded to the hotel to guarantee your booking.

Please email us your accommodation requirements if you have already registered for the Conference.

Extended Bookings
Please email us if you wish to extend your accommodation booking before or after the Conference. Conference Design will apply to the hotel on your behalf and request availability. Please do this as soon as you are aware of your requirements.

Changes and Cancellations
Please see the cancellation policies listed for each hotel. Cancellations and no-shows will attract a fee of at least one night's accommodation. However, each hotel's policy varies and late cancellations and no-shows may be charged for all the nights booked.

Please email us any cancellations and date changes.

Early Check-in Requests
Early check-in and late check-out requests are subject to availability on the day and cannot be confirmed by Conference Design.

You can enter special requests for early check-in in the "Special Requests" field of your reservation. The hotel will do its best to accommodate your request on the day. Please enquire about the status of your request at the front desk upon check-in.
